The team at Low Bar Oakland used our Gin(ger) Fizz to create a super tasty drink!
Here’s the full recipe and a video to show you how it’s done:
1) make a spiced pineapple syrup using:
– pineapple juice (64oz)
– ginger (1 tbsp)
– coriander (1 tbsp)
– oregano (1 tbsp)
– clove (1 tbsp)
– ancho powder (1 tbsp)
– cinnamon sticks (1 tbsp)
– pinch of salt
2) stir syrup over heat
3) add 64oz of sugar
4) wait till sugar is dissolved, let cool
5) add ice to tall glass and pour in the following:
– mezcal (1oz)
– .75 oz spiced pineapple syrup
– .75 oz lime
– top off with Zaddy’s Gin(ger) Fizz
6) mix well and enjoy!
