WHAT’S THE DEAL WITH ZADDY’S?
We couldn’t find any low-ABV, low-sugar canned cocktails on the market that emulated our favorite gin drinks, so we decided to create them. If all goes according to plan, we will add some more tasty, unique cocktails to the line. While we hope our drinks give people a good excuse to kick back and laugh with loved ones, we’re also using this platform to support causes we care about in an attempt to enact real change. Stay tuned!
CAN YOU LIST ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS IN EACH DRINK? IS THERE ANYTHING THAT I MIGHT BE ALLERGIC TO?
Our gin is corn-based, so all of the drinks are naturally gluten-free. They are also all plant-based EXCEPT for the Gin(ger) Fizz which contains organic raw honey. Our drinks have not been blessed by a rabbi, so they’re NOT kosher (although none of the ingredients are technically restricted in a kosher diet). Here’s a breakdown of the ingredients by drink:
Gin Sonic: Filtered Water, Gin, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Lemon Juice, Citric Acid, Organic Lime Flavor, Natural Quinine Flavor, Natural Spearmint Flavor, Sea Salt
Corpse Reviver: Filtered Water, Gin, Organic Lemon Juice, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Orange Juice, Citric Acid, Natural Flavors (**this is a proprietary blend of nutmeg, coriander, and fennel extract used to recreate the taste of Absinthe)
Gin(ger) Fizz: Filtered Water, Gin, Organic Ginger Juice, Organic Raw Honey, Citric Acid, Organic Lemon Juice, Organic Ginger Flavor, Sea Salt
Is the taste of gin overpowering?
If you’re not a gin lover you should totally still give these a try—you can barely taste the gin since it’s only 5.5% alcohol by volume, and each cocktail is well-balanced, light, and refreshing. We’re also using an artisanal gin distilled with many citrusy botanicals, so the quality base-spirit blends seamlessly into each drink.
What’s the average shelf life of the drinks?
Although we don’t use any preservatives, our drinks go through the process of tunnel pasteurization which extends the shelf life to 1.5 years. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place, but they do not need to be refrigerated. Zaddy’s are best served cold.
Where do you source your ingredients from?
All of our ingredients are sourced in the USA, the majority coming from California. If you would like to learn more about where we’re souring a specific ingredient from, we’d be happy to provide additional information upon request.
Where do you ship to and how much does it cost?
We ship to over 30 states throughout the U.S., below is a complete list of where we ship. There is a $15 flat rate for cocktails (sorry, shipping alcohol is super expensive) and there is no shipping fee for all orders over $100. You must be 21+ to order anything on our site!! A valid ID must be presented when you sign for your Zaddy’s package.

Why do you have a perforated label on your cans?
When we learned that printed cans weren’t an option for us out of the gate due to the small batch we were producing, we wanted a more sustainable option than a shrink-sleeve label. Despite PETG plastic (the label material) and aluminum (the can material) both being recyclable, most shrink-sleeved aluminum cans aren’t recycled properly since the two materials can’t be separated. Our perforated labels allow people to easily remove the PETG from the aluminum so that our cans hopefully go through recycling centers properly and don’t end up in landfills. So please tear that label off when you’re done enjoying your Zaddy’s!! And we can’t wait to switch to printed cans as soon as it’s a viable option.
How sustainable is Zaddy’s?
Sustainability is one of our core values, and how we’re impacting people and the planet factor into every decision we make—from choosing previously recycled 100% cardboard cartons to hold our cans over plastic PakTeck’s, to donating at least 1% of our profits to environmental nonprofits through our 1% For The Planet membership. We understand that our world has limited resources, and therefore, our business can’t have infinite growth (sorry, shark investors). As we scale, it will be with an environmentally and socially responsible approach that finds ways to offset our carbon footprint and positively impacts the communities around us.
