Legal Requirements

You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Drink Zaddy’s. By making a purchase on our website, you are affirming you are 21 years or older. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated).

Alcoholic beverages purchased from Drink Zaddy’s are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.

We accept payment through PayPal and all major credit cards.

Canceling an Order/Returns

An order may only be canceled if the cancellation is received before the order is shipped.

Returns will be accepted only for merchandise, no alcoholic beverages may be returned.

Shipping

Prices of our products do not include shipping/handling charges, the cost of which varies depending on destination, quantity ordered and choice of delivery options.

Drink Zaddy’s will only ship alcoholic beverages directly to consumers who are located in California. Any merchandise available for sale will be available for shipping to any state in the U.S. General merchandise offered on this site may be limited and not always available.

If you change your order after it is prepared for shipping, we reserve the right to charge for additional handling and packaging materials.
